Meet Courtney Griffin, founder of Resolv.
I spent over 9 years on the other side of the fence. I've acted as a liquidator, bankruptcy trustee, voluntary administrator and receiver, so I know how liquidators think, how they approach a file, and how the Corporations Act and Bankruptcy Act work in practice.
I've also seen how overwhelming these situations are for the people going through them. But as a liquidator, I couldn't help them directly. My role was to act for creditors and stay impartial.
Time and again I saw directors arrive after bad advice, or worse, illegal and costly "solutions" that left them in a worse position than when they started. Most had simply never had anyone in their corner helping them navigate insolvency.
That's why I started Resolv.
Now I work on the director's side of the table, advocating for directors and individuals before any formal appointment, while there are still real choices to make. I help you understand where you stand and work out the right path, whether that's a Small Business Restructure, liquidation, a properly structured business buy back, or a personal insolvency option. Then I manage the process with you from start to finish.

Most of my clients come to me through their accountant or lawyer, and I work alongside them throughout.
