We’re proud to introduce our new identity Resolv.
While our name has changed, our mission remains the same—to stand beside business owners and directors when times are tough, offering practical solutions, compassion and genuine support through financial distress, insolvency events, and the challenges of running a business.
Why the Change?
This rebrand is a reflection of how the business has evolved. Over time, it has become clear that we weren’t just helping wind companies up—we were helping people resolve complex situations, creating partnerships with our referrers and clients built on clarity, strength, and direction.
Resolv speaks more clearly to what we do: helping people find a way forward, even in complex situations.
To those of you who’ve supported us and referred clients over the years—thank you. Your trust and support have meant a lot, and I’m looking forward to continuing those relationships under the new brand. You can expect the same responsive, reliable director focused service, just with a fresh new look and feel.
